|Carolyn is an expert at creating custom insurance solutions to protect her clients’ tangible assets including high value homes, luxury vehicles, collector cars, watercraft, aircraft and collectibles such as jewelry, wine, fine art, and antique furnishings. She is committed to building relationships, educating her valued customers and providing exceptional service for affluent individuals and families.
As an independent agent with access to several top carriers, she’s able to match her customers with the best carrier for their situation, offering the best insurance value. Carolyn is extremely solution oriented and can find coverage for any type of risk. Her top priority is to provide peace of mind to her clients.
Carolyn graduated magnum cum laude from the University of Southern California in 1985 with bachelor’s degree in business and an emphasis in management. At the time, she was a part owner in a chain of gift shops in the Los Angeles area. After moving to San Diego in 1990, she started a marketing agency, SeaCoast Marketing & Design. She sold that business in 2000 and became the in-house marketing manager for Waxie Sanitary Supply. She was recruited into the insurance business in 2004, when she joined her husband, John, at Konecki Insurance. After that agency was sold, she joined Cavignac & Associates to start their Personal Lines department.
Carolyn is very involved in the San Diego community and is a member of several professional and charitable organizations including the San Diego Women’s Foundation, Casa De Amparo, Professional Women’s Fellowship, La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Association, the Trojan League and Provisors. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Women’s Foundation and is the co-chair for the Casa De Amparo Crystal Ball Gala.
