Jeff graduated from the University of San Diego in 1994 with a degree in finance. He began his insurance career shortly after college as an agent for a North County insurance agency.

Jeff joined Cavignac & Associates in November 1999 as an Account Executive. He specializes in the insurance and risk management programs for design professionals and contractors. In addition, Jeff also handles the insurance needs of building owners, manufacturers, and other San Diego businesses.

Jeff received the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation in 2003, the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2006, and also holds the Certified Workers Compensation Advisor (CWCA) designation. He is an active member of the Professional Liability Agents Network (PLAN) and the San Diego Chapter of the Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors of California (CELSOC).
