Sandra W. Rugg, SPHR, Director of Human Resources

Sandra Rugg, Director of Human Resources for Cavignac & Associates, has focused her business management career in the area of Human Resources since she graduated from the University of San Diego (B.A., Psychology). An experienced sexual harassment prevention trainer, Sandee has served as an expert witness in lawsuits related to discrimination and sexual harassment.

For most of her career, Sandee worked in the legal industry as both a Legal Administrator and Director of Human Resources. She developed and was the primary instructor for numerous legal continuing education programs, including Human Resources, Ethics and Leadership/ Management. Sandee served as the Association of Legal Administrators International’s Human Resources Education Team Chair, and as the Association of Legal Administrators International/Subject Matter Expert for the Human Resources Management Series Course.
