Employee Benefits Account Administrator

Cavignac & Associates has an immediate opening for an Account Administrator in the Employee Benefits department. Successful candidate will have: experience with employee benefits, a positive, customer service oriented outlook, excellent Excel and good Word skills, good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Applied Systems computer experience is helpful but not essential. CA life health license preferred. Duties include: assist with RFP and quote preparation; process BOR letters; process enrollments and terminations; coverage, billing and cancellation processing; renewal applications, reconciling audits and administrative follow-up; assist with claims.
