Oliver joined Cavignac in 2021 after nearly ten years spent as a commercial loan underwriter and Vice President for Torrey Pines Bank in San Diego. His focus during his tenure as a commercial loan producer included working capital lines and equipment financing for contractors, investment real estate, and construction/development loans. Oliver brings a unique perspective to Cavignac’s Surety Department, drawing on his knowledge of commercial banking credit criteria to help his clients to maximize their credit profile through Financial Risk Management. He focuses on both contract and commercial surety bonds, including performance & payment, subdivision/improvement, and judicial bonds. He is an active member of the National Electrical Contractors Association of San Diego, the National Association of Surety Bond Producers, the Construction Financial Management Association of San Diego, Associated Subcontractors Alliance and the Association of General Contractors. Oliver resides in El Cajon with his fiancé and dogs. He attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
